The postdrome is exactly what it sounds like: the phase following the “headache.” Postdrome is the final phase of the migraine. The postdrome usually brings relief from the major symptoms of the migraine, but potentially causes new symptoms as well. Other potential names for this phase of the migraine include "resolution" and "rebound" (not to be confused with rebound headaches).[1]

Symptoms

  • Fatigue[2]
  • Disorientation[2]
  • Generally feeling sick or hungover[2]
